It has come to our attention that there are fraudulent e-mails / calls being made out to Volkswagen customers, pretending to be authorised Roadside Assistance (RSA) service provider of Volkswagen and asking them to pay certain amount to avail / extend the RSA services for their Volkswagen car. Please note that no such activity is initiated or authorised by Volkswagen and neither it has been instructed to our authorised Dealers, Agencies, Vendors, etc., to initiate such activity. In fact, all our cars are inclusive of 4 years of RSA service package at the time of purchase of the car on or after 1st January 2019. Please note that any extension of the RSA services should be availed online here, through our authorised dealers/ workshops, visiting the nearest dealer/ workshop or by connecting to our RSA toll free number 1800 102 1155.
We request our customers not to react or respond to such unauthorised emails / phone calls as they have not been approved or sent by us. Any transactions entered into by any person, shall purely be at his / her own risks and Volkswagen Passenger Cars, a division of SKODA AUTO Volkswagen India Private Limited / the Volkswagen Group, shall not be liable to such persons for any amounts paid by them.
