Volkswagen Subscribe powered by ORIX is a subscription program available for 24,36 & 48 months with an all-inclusive monthly payment. This payment includes the usage of the vehicle, maintenance, insurance and other common services related to vehicle ownership.
We are available in Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida, Pune, Ahmedabad as of now.
You can subscribe to a car for 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your need. The longer you subscribe, the lesser is your monthly Subscription Fee.
If you decide to extend the Subscription period while you are using the car, you will need to give prior written request of 30 days to ORIX for the extension. Upon receipt of the request, ORIX shall ascertain possibility of extension and communicate to you within 7 days of request. If ORIX confirms the availability of the Vehicle for aforesaid extension, then you shall be required to pay revised Subscription Fee as advised by ORIX for Additional Term.
Polo, Vento, T-Roc
Mileage options available from 10,000/15,000/20,000 per year (Additional charges in case the subscribed kms are exceeded: Rs 4/km + GST as applicable for Polo and Vento, Rs 7/Km+GST as applicable for T-Roc)
Zero depreciation Insurance, Coverages: engine protect, consumables (Disallowance & Filing charges shall be borne by the customer though on incidental basis)
Maintenance & RSA
Subscription rental includes , usage right for contracted term & mileage along with this all scheduled, unscheduled maintenance, insurance renewals within the contracted term & mileage are covered under subscription.
However anything which is not covered under insurance, repairs which are required because of mishandling & user negligence are not covered under the subscription offering. Along with this, Fuel, driver, puncture, pollution under control, toll’s, fast tag & parking charges will be borne by the Subscriber.
The Lock in period for a Brand New Car will be 50% of original tenure (12m for 24m tenure, 18m for 36m tenure, 24m for 48m tenure) as per the tenure decided. Post completion of lock in period the car can be closed by paying the foreclosure charges as per the predefined foreclosure matrix, Please refer the foreclosure clause in the agreement for further details.
Yes. ORIX will provide purchase price basis tenure, usage and market value at the end of tenure.
This option can only be exercised post foreclosing the earlier subscribe.
You can start your subscription online via Volkswagen Website. Certain basic details will need to be fed in the online subscription form for determination of your credit eligibility criteria. Post that we will be collecting a subscription processing fee of INR 2,500 along with the refundable security deposit & one month advance rental.
Yes, if you have a valid driving license. Eligibility is determined by a number of different risk factors. Credit factors are also considered. We do accept joint applications where both applicants will need to qualify for the subscription.
In most cases, we expect it to take around 3 weeks, from the payment of Processing Fees, Security deposit & Advance Rental to the delivery of the car.
The delivery will be dependent basis the availability of the color & variant chosen.
Cancellation Details:
Stage 1: Cancellation before processing of order / system booking : Processing fees will be forfeited, Security Deposit & advance rental will be refunded
Stage 2: Before registration of car post processing: In case the cancellation request is raised post confirmation onf the delivery date & the processing of order the entire amount of security deposit along with the advance rental & amount will be forfeited to ORIX.
Stage 3: Post registration / vehicle delivery: In case you choose to cancel your Subscription request after the vehicle is delivered, then the same shall be treated as termination of this Agreement prior to the Lock in Period and you shall be required to pay the Premature Termination Amount as per terms & conditions captured in the foreclosure matrix
Refunds: Refunds if any will be processed post deducting the payment gateway charges within 15 working days post cancellation.
Yes, the person whose driving license and ID proof was provided to us (while placing the booking) needs to be present for delivery. A checklist for the car needs to be signed at the time of taking the delivery of the car.
NET BANKING, E NACH
Processing fees of INR 2,500/- , Security Deposit and One month Subscription fees in advance. First Subscription Fee shall become due and payable upon Commencement Date. The Subscription Fee is inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST) and/ or such other indirect taxes and cesses.
You will need to pay the Subscription fees by 1st of every month in advance. Apart from that, you would be paying for Fuel, Fastag recharges, Toll charges, challans & penalties, PUC renewals.
Rent start date for your subscribed car will be 1st day of the subsequent month of the vehicle delivery month.
Prorata rental will be charged from the "Date of delivery" to the 1st month rental date.
Monthly Rental to deduct on 1st of the month.
We will set up an automatic debit mechanism on your bank account - this automatic debit will happen only as long as you are using the car. We will cancel the automatic debit once you return the car.
Late payment charges of 2% of monthly rental (min of ₹600 per day)
In such cases, any expenses incurred while returning the car will be borne by you.
Zero depreciation Insurance, Coverages: engine protect, consumables of the vehicle will be done by ORIX, the charges are included in the subscription fee, However, you will have to pay for any disallowance/filing charges on incidental basis.
All toll & parking charges will be borne by the Subscriber. Fastag for the vehicle will be procured by the subscriber.
Yes, of course! Please treat it as your own car. But please remember that you will continue being liable for the car (and all associated incidents) even when someone else is driving it. Also, this excludes commercial usage of car (e.g., using it as a taxicab, or sub-renting it), which is not allowed.Pl refer Agreement for terms of Usage of Car.
Your subscription comes with mileage options ranging from 10,000/15,000/20,000 KMs/year . For any extra kms driven beyond the accumulated kms, Rs 4/km + GST as applicable for Polo and Vento and Rs 7/km + GST as applicable for T-Roc would be chargeable.
ORIX will take care of the maintenance of the car provided there is no negligence in usage of Vehicle. For any negligent driving, customer would have to pay for same at actuals.
Maintenance as per Volkswagen Guidelines
Pick up drop facility can be provided by the dealer (2 incidents per year), for which you need to contact the dealer directly.
We wish you drive safe and never have to go through this! However, in that unfortunate event, please notify the RSA number immediately and you will receive immediate assistance. For damage handling & repair we will coordinate with the insurance. Unless unavoidable, please do not leave the place of the accident until proper support has arrived. You may be required to file/sign formality documents associated with the accident.
RSA as per Volkswagen Policy
You shall immediately notify us via email on " customer.care@orixindia.com" of the occurrence of theft of the Vehicle with details thereof and lodge a complaint/first information report with the nearest police station. Your liability incase of theft would be the difference between the outstanding book value and insurance settlement amount.
Normal wear and tear is acceptable. Anything over and above would be chargeable and ORIX decision will be final.

No, cannot be used for any commercial purposes.
We suggest to comply with manufacturer prescribed seating capacity of the car.
Lock in Period means the fixed non-cancellation period during which you are not permitted to cancel the Subscription unless you choose to pay Premature Termination Amount.
Yes, You can terminate the Subscription and Surrender Vehicle after Lock in Period by giving advance written notice of 30 days.
No, You can not make any addition or alterations to Vehicle as provided to you. However, you can fix detachable accessories which can be easily removable as long as it does not affect the Vehicle.
In cases where you are required to carry out repairs to the Vehicle because the Vehicle is outside or far away from the city in which you have taken Vehicle from us, ORIX will be paying the amount to the Volkswagen authorized workshop.
Please note that you would have to intimate ORIX before carrying out any such repairs.
The vehicle is registered on your name all liabilities pertaining to the usage of the vehicle will be borne by you.
